Schedule

Westside Academy’s Gym Fest will be taking place June 7–9 at Westside Academy Main Building, in lieu of our regular weekend schedule. Your child will perform on one day, in one of the shows. All shows will be approximately 1.5 hours long, and ARE NOT held during class time. Students must be enrolled and paid through the end of June in order to participate in this event. Gym classes end Sunday June 16th (Father’s Day). See 2024 Showtimes

Participation

All students enrolled in gymnastics and tumbling classes are invited to participate. Youth Acrobatics and Tumbling students will be invited to participate in an exhibition format.

Fees

The charge between March 1st and April 1st is $90.00/student. After April 1st, the price increases to $95/student. This cost covers a matching uniform - leotard for girls, shirt/shorts for boys, a medal and free admission to family and friends. Cancellations made after March 1st are subject to a $15 cancellation fee, unless the uniform has already been received. The last day to opt out of performing is February 29th and must be done through the office.

Uniforms

Students will receive their uniforms (once they have paid) during one of their regular classes towards the end of April/early May. They may begin wearing it immediately and do not need to wait for the show.

Routines

Gymnasts will learn routines during their regular class time and will perform throughout the show on several pieces of equipment.
