New Registration Requirements
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Registration for the 2024-2025 school year begins Tuesday, August 6th at 8am.
The schedule will be available for viewing on our website, but you will not be able to register until Tuesday morning. All families who are registered on the parent portal will be able to utilize online registration for all Recreational classes.
If you are currently in our Accelerated program (Devos, Pre-Team, Jr. Trainers, Boys/Girls/Xcel Gymnastics Teams, Performing Company, Troupe, Dance or Xcel Express Classes, Elite Acro, Boys Club Trak or Acrobatics and Tumbling) or have been invited to one of these programs, your student will be automatically registered for those classes.
For Recreational classes, please note the following VERY IMPORTANT information:
: Currently enrolled families should have no problem utilizing the portal to register
: If your child is not currently enrolled and you have a portal account, please try signing in over the weekend to make sure you can access it easily
: If you have never signed up for the portal, please take this weekend to do so, including your accurate bank information, no later than 8:00pm on Monday, August 5th, so that you may register using our online features first thing Tuesday morning. Please note that if you enter invalid bank information, you will be billed for charges incurred to us from our bank. If you wish to not enter that information, registration is available to you via email or phone beginning at 8am on Tuesday August 6th.
For all families NOT set up on our Autopay, please note the following late fee changes:
: If tuition is not received by the 5th of the month, a $25 late fee will be incurred
: payment not received by the 10th of the month will incur an additional $25 late fee
: payments not received by the 15th of the month will result in your child being dropped from the class/es he/she is enrolled in. We can not guarantee space availability to re-enroll if your child is dropped from a class.
